To the attention of those who will attend the conference in person (face to face)!

The conference venue has changed. The conference will be held at the Conference Hall of the General Directorate of Forestry building (Orman Genel Müdürlüğü Binası Konferans salonu).

1. Those who want to participate in the IISEC 2022 conference by recording a video should send their video to [email protected] and [email protected] by 30 November 2022 at the latest. The video is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes. PowerPoint slides should be prepared and voiced for the presentation. The presenter should also add his/her own picture to the video. You can use Screen-O-Matic software to prepare your video. Videos should be designed in mp4 format.

2. When you register to the conference, please mark which method for the presentation you prefer.

Thank you for your contribution and interest in the conference. IISEC 2022 will be held at the Conference Hall of the General Directorate of Forestry building (Orman Genel Müdürlüğü Binası Konferans salonu. Accepted papers can be presented in person, live via ZOOM, or in the form of a pre-loaded video. Be sure to mark how you will make the presentation while registering online. We hope many of you attend the conference in person.

The referees evaluated the papers according to their quality, content, and whether they were within the scope of conference topics. The fact that your paper has been accepted for the event does not mean that the format of your papers is correct. Therefore, when preparing camera-ready versions, you must adapt to the template that is published on the web page. If you do not follow the template exactly, your paper may be rejected by the IEEE for publication.

IMPORTANT NOTE: : Copyright signing will be requested after we collect all the camera-ready versions of the papers. Specifically, you'll be receiving an email from IEEE to electronically transfer the copyright.

BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority) in Ankara will host the “3rd International Informatics and Software Engineering Conference” organized by Turkish Informatics Society (TBD), IEEE and Supporting Institutions.

The main theme of the conference is "AUGMENTED/VIRTUAL REALITY FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION". However, applicants are encouraged to submit their original research works in all fields of informatics, computer science and software engineering.
