A) Instructions for papers to be published in IEEE Xplore
While preparing the paper, a paper template on this web page (click here!) will be used. The catalog number in the lower left part of the template is very important. This will be one of the following catalog numbers. The people who prepared the paper are obliged to use whichever catalog number suits them.
- For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
- For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

- For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:

- For all other papers, the copyright notice is:

B. Use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate the paper. Steps to follow:
First-time users should do the following:
Go to: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/Login
- Select the “Create account”
- Enter (59749X) for the Conference ID
- Enter your email address
- Enter a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

D) Camera-ready paper submission:
The deadline to upload the final version of your Camera-Ready Paper is September 30, 2023. You can upload the camera-ready versions again from CMT webpage to where you uploaded the paper previously. The link for Camera-Ready-Paper on the CMT system will be provided after your paper is accepted.
- E) IEEE requires copyright information submitted for every paper that will be published in IEEE Xplore Library. You will receive instructions for copyright after submission of camera-ready version of the paper.
