V. International Informatics and Software Engineering Conference

Paper submission:

The 5th International Conference on Informatics and Software Engineering (IISEC 2026) will be held face-to-face in Ankara on 5-6 February 2026. Since its inception, all IISEC conferences have been supported by IEEE. All papers approved by reviewers and presented at the conference will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore digital library.

IISEC provides a platform for researchers and experts from academia, industry, and government to share ideas and recent developments in the fields of informatics, computer science, computer engineering, and software engineering. Following four successful events, the 5th IISEC conference will continue to promote and disseminate knowledge on various topics and technologies related to computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and more. Within this scope, the conference will feature workshops, keynote speeches, panel discussions, poster sessions, and oral presentations.

Organized by the Turkish Informatics Association (TBD), IEEE, and Turkish institutions including Atılım University, TED University, and OSTİM Technical University, along with other supporting organizations, the main theme of this year’s 5th International Conference on Informatics and Software Engineering is "Large Language Models in Software Engineering". However, applicants are also encouraged to submit original research results in all areas of informatics, computer science, and software engineering.
